Who doesn't like to party right? From the perfect food to the best party playlist. The extravagance of a party often relates to the budget. The reality is that even the most beautiful memories can cause a debt hangover. Worrying can put a damper on a party , if you are fretting over a nasty bill Of course a millionaire can throw a blow out party- but what if your budget is of less epic proportions? If you're short of cash to have the whole thing taken care for you (in fact, who does) don't fret! You don’t have to empty your wallet or arrange a special savings account to invite your friends over. Whether you're planning an informal get together or a fancy dinner party, there are ways to do it. Even on a budget without skimping on the good stuff. Here are some things to keep in mind before the planning begins. 1. Cut those ceremonial invites- Now adays most don't need paper invitations. Instead, you can use digital invitations for your party. One way to do this is with social media services, like twitter or Evite even. You can also create a face book event and invite your friends to attend that way as well. Finally, you can call or text friends to remind them and find out if they are coming too. 2. Save on food Some people also are born entertainers. Our advice is to put on a buffet and ask each guest to bring something to contribute towards it. For example, each guests brings a different plate of snacks like sandwiches, sausage rolls and cupcakes. That way you'll be able to share the cost of party food with your friends. You don’t need to serve pricey cuts of meat to impress your guests. So we're going for a tight budget meal for a party right? Even though it sounds kind of cheap, consider going all snack instead of serving dinner or a fancy meal. We're besides in a party right? Other Food suggestions: Cookies, biscuits and a few sweet treats. Of course nothing beats better with chips and dip. Nothing goes better with crackers than cheese. Everyone loves a bowl of chips, or a plate of crackers and some cheese 3. BYOB (Bring your own booze) If you're throwing a party for adults, the same goes for alcohol. A party is not complete without alcohol! Drinking adds the fun! Alcohol can be one of the worst budget-busters when it comes to throwing a party. Especially if you need to buy full bottles of a variety of alcohol. It's actually common to write BYOB on your invitations. Let your guests know that the drinks aren't all on you! Yet, we recommend providing something, as you're a charitable host. a couple of bottles of wine and plenty of coke, lemonade, etc. 4. Be your own DJ. You don't need to hire an expensive DJ to spin discs. Music is a must when throwing a party. Take your music you’ve already downloaded to make a playlist on your desktop or mobile device. Or put it on a usb stick. An economic recession might not exactly put you in the mood to party, but a night with friends can help you loosen up. Skip the pricey extras and getting creative with your food and decor. You can throw a cheap party that has the same effect as pricier party.
